ALL PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM THE SIXTH ELEMENT WAREHOUSE ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS, DHL, FEDEX OR USPS AND REQUIRE A SIGNATURE WHEN DELIVERED. SOME PACKAGES SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURER MAY OR MAY NOT REQUIRE SIGNATURES FOR PACKAGE RELEASE. FEDEX, UPS, AND DHL HAVE PACKAGE PICK UP LOCATIONS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SIXTH ELEMENT OR MANUFACTURER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND PAY A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. THESE FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON FILE. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS WITH FINAL SALE IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.


SIXTH ELEMENT DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. IF YOU MODIFY, INSTALL, OR ALTER THE ITEM IN ANY FORM, WE CANNOT ACCEPT IT AS A RETURN, WILL NOT COVER ANY EXPENSES RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR INSTALLATION, AND YOU MAYBE BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT.
SIXTH ELEMENT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY OFFER SHIPPING INSURANCE, CUSTOMER IS LIABLE TO ASK OR PROVIDE SHIPPING INSURANCE AND PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEES. SIXTH ELEMENT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES DAMAGED OR LOST BY SHIPPING CARRIER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF PACKAGES ARE LOST OR DAMAGED. IF A CUSTOMER REQUESTS SHIPPING INSURANCE, THE AMOUNT INSURED IS NOT TO EXCEED CUSTOMS / DECLARED VALUE FOR DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
